What: Developed a new adaptive headlight technology for the two wheel industry.

Why: When two wheel vehicles currently turn on the road there is a dark void that is created in the direction that they are turning. Currently this is solved by other vehicle’s headlights or street lights.

How: We have 4 plans of attack to bring this technology to market. First we are going to license our technology and know how to major headlight manufactures to be implemented on new motorcycles. Second is to create a bulb replacement product so that consumers can replace their current bulb with our adaptive bulb. Third is to create a headlight replacement product so that consumers can replace their whole headlight unit with our adaptive headlight unit. Fourth will be an auxiliary light that can be install on the bike to addition or instead of the current headlight unit.

Why: To have a management company that is truly a partner so that you as the owner do not have to manage

How: We do this by multiple ways

  1. Our management fee is a percentage - This is so that we are just as incentivized to find the most revenue generating rental price for your property

  2. Collect our fee only on collected rent - If we do not collect rent then we do not get paid

  3. The same percentage we charge you is the same percentage we pay for repairs and maintenance - Since we are married on the revenue and cost at the same percentage we are true partners. We will find the best vendor for a repair and keep on top of maintenance.

  4. Tiered fee structure based on number of units managed. 10% for one unit, 8% for two units, and 6% for four units or more.
